ABOUT ME

A few years ago I was walking after a rain and saw a speck on the side of a tree.  It was the size of a very small dried pea or kernal of corn.  Upon close examination, it was a very very tiny mushroom.  I took some pictures and went home to look.  I am terribly near-sighted, I sometimes cannot tell what I have until I open the memory card on the computer.

I was awed by what I saw, but when I went back they were gone.  I had to wait a week for another rain and go immediately after it. There they were.  I started to notice mushrooms everywhere I went.  The shapes, colors, sizes.....intrigued me to shoot them and look and look for more.  I hope you enjoy them.

Over the years this interest has expanded to include slime molds and other interesting growths!
